Here’s a great video clip of a Milwaukee-area shop manager needling Vice President Joe Biden after declining payment for a custard cone.

“Lower our taxes and we’ll call it even,” said the manager Scott Borkin. Biden walked away to ponder that, but returned to give the taxpayer a dose of D.C. wisdom: “Why don’t you say something nice instead of being a smartass all the time?”
