      Tom Intorcio

In 2010, Tom Intorcio founded Eagle iCommunications, LLC, a Colorado-based strategic communications and campaign consulting firm serving corporate, non-profit, and political clients. From 2011 to 2012, he worked for Sen. Rick Santorum’s presidential campaign as a field representative in the “first-in-the-nation” caucus state of Iowa and in the early primary state of South Carolina. He then served as the campaign’s Colorado state field director, helping Sen. Santorum earn a major upset victory – winning 44 out of 64 counties. Afterward, he was assigned the same role in Washington State and later assisted with Idaho’s Super Tuesday Caucus.

Tom began his career in public affairs and strategic communications on Capitol Hill during the first 100 days of the historic Contract for America. From 1995 to 2001, he served as a legislative assistant to Congressman Lincoln Diaz-Balart of Florida (R-FL), covering Commerce, Health Care, Banking, Judiciary and House Oversight (Elections) issues. From 2001 to 2002, he served as district director for Congressman Steve LaTourette (R-OH). In 2004, he was assigned to work as a RNC Field Coordinator for the Bush-Cheney Campaign in Northwest Ohio – helping to win 17 out of 19 counties. In 2005, he moved to Denver, Colorado, and worked in the private sector as an advertising account executive for Salem Communications. In 2007, he returned to public policy – this time on the state level – joining the Denver headquarters of the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) as an elections policy specialist, where he tracked elections and election reform in the 50 states. At NCSL, he co-created, wrote for, and helped edit The Canvass – an online newsletter on election issues.

Tom earned his Bachelor of Science in Communications from Northwestern University and received his J.D. from the Catholic University of America School of Law, in Washington, D.C.
